• To associate small- and middle-size enterprises, universities and research departments focused on the development and production of high-tech products for selected medical applications
• Preparation of favourable environment for the progress of research and development facilities and their close cooperation with industry

• To initiate the foundation and development of new production sites designed for the industrial production of regenerative medicinal products, targeted drug delivery and gene therapy

• Establishment of a new academic  field focused on  the regenerative medicine,  targeted drug delivery, gene therapy and education of future emloyees

• Foundation of a virtual science & technology park focused on the regenerative medicine, targeted drug delivery, gene therapy facilitating the grounding of small enterprises and spin-off companies
